Hello Pumpkin!

I have been begging kayla to carve pumpkins with me since may. And she always comes up with some kind of excuse not to "there are no pumpkins" "you're 3,000 miles away" "I hate you" blah blah blah. But TODAY kayla had no excuse to say no and so we carved! We only got enough for me, kayla and shaylee to carve, but carve we did! We had a few visitors come by to see what we were up to, but I think they all got scared away when they saw our huge knives and pumpkin guts. Anyways....here's my pumpkin! and there's kayla. in the right hand corner. juuuuust creepin.

P is for Park City!

This weekend was Fall Break for USU, and my, Kayla's, parents invited Kate and I to go with them to Park City.  We stayed in the Silver King hotel and our living room had a hot tub!!!  We watched two movies that night and Kate sat through both of them.  We watched Robin Hood and Sherlock Holmes :)!  In the morning,we went shopping at the outlets, and Kate bought us matching shirts...pictures coming soon. When we got home we got straight in the hot tub with my sister Makenna.  It was awesome because it blew up our swimsuit making us seem like we had boobs.  That night we went to Downtown Park City and went into all of the little shops.  We had graham crackers dipped in chocolate! After we got back, we went to Rite Aid and found a puppy in the aisles.  He was so cute and we fell in love with him!  The next morning we packed up and went out to eat!  It was so much fun!!!!

WeEat Ihop

yesterday was mine and kayla's anniversary and we decided to celebrate in the most romantic way possible. Unfortunately, Walmart would not let us have a candle lit dinner in the produce section. And the dorms have a No Strippers policy. Ho hum. So we went to ihop instead. Then we went to our boys' dodgeball game and documented our beauty for the rest of the world to see:
I call this picture "Simply Irresistable"

Happy Anniversary!!

A year ago, in forty five minutes, oh my goodness!!  We met at Lumberjack night, over pancakes, and Kayla's break up...we went on a walk through the graveyard, screamed really loud, and then came home.  Then we changed, went on another walk through campus.  Afterwards, we changed again and then got hot chocolate at the junction.  We like to have appropriate clothing for the weather especially because it is constantly changing in Logan..anyways.
We love eachother a lot, we are well not to brag, but perfect together!  We are going to go to IHOP and then we will eat pancakes once again ending with hot chocolate.

Here is a billion of pictures of us...I might get bored putting them on so forgive me...Kayla that is.

Like Shakespear. But better.

"Kayla and Kate
I guess it was fate.
...that's all I got"

THAT is what Kayla said for me when I told her she should dedicate a poem to me. And I think that is all that needs to be said. Except...then she kept going:
the rain comes down
but we don't frown
there's smiles all around

I like my pillow. but nothing rhymes with pillow...
willow!

and then she kept going. All I can say is that I hope she is on something and just hasn't told me about it yet. Here's my poem to Kayla:

You are crazy
That bunny ate a daisy.
Oh wait it was a dandelion.
Girl, you are stylin!
ooooh yeah, beat THAT Eminem!

USU vs BYU

So yesterday was the BYU vs. USU football game and for the Aggies this is a BIG DEAL! We just so happen to hate BYU with an extremely strong passion, just out of principle. Although, when I've talked to my friends at BYU they aren't aware that we are their #1 rivals. Probably because we never ever have even had a chance of beating them. Boo hoo. But yesterday we WON!!

More importantly though, Kayla and I stayed at the game the whole time! This is our first time ever. We always go because we know we're supposed to and also because I think we both secretly hope that we will seem more irresistable to boys if we wear our Aggie blue and scream a lot. So far it's not working....but here's to us! and our amazing ability to watch a whole football game!

Some funny signs we saw at the game:
BYU: Waste of Tithing
BYU: Keeping ugly girls out of Utah State since 1888
Buck FYU (thiiiiink about it)
and then there was something shocking...a hanging cougar! someone got a stuffed byu cougar and hung it! terrifying. If I were their mascot I would have peed my pants.

Thwack!

We live next door to two apartments of boys.  One we have known for a year, and the other one has slowly become our friends.  We love both of them a lot.  Last year our "brothers" had a dodgeball team, but half of the team left to go on missions...dang them.  So we needed a replacement and we got apartment 211 :)  They have had a losing streak since the time they started the team last year, but  we still go because we have faith in them our cute Neomodian Spice Traders!!  Our faith payed off when they lost to one game.  They played seven, won three, and we only lost because the other team blinded us with pepper spray...ok maybe we just lost.  But who cares because we are awesome!

This is Team Win, and a dedication to them!
